20mm x 25 Metres Self Adhesive Rolls (Hook or Loop)

PSA4000B is a 25 metre continuous roll of 20mm self adhesive hook and loop tape, supplied in individual rolls of hook or loop in both black and white. Our stock adhesive is rubber-based, but acrylic adhesive can be made available on request, as can other colours.

Easy to Apply

This peel-and-stick hook and loop tape is designed to be as simple as possible to use. Peel the release paper away from the adhesive backing and press firmly into place — no sewing, no tools, and no mess. The rubber-based pressure sensitive adhesive bonds on contact to smooth, clean surfaces and reaches full strength after 24 hours.

At 20mm wide, this is the narrowest tape in our self adhesive roll range. It’s specifically suited to lightweight fastening tasks where a slim, discreet tape is preferred over a wider strip — either because the mounting surface is narrow, the item being fastened is small, or a low-profile finish is important.

What Is 20mm Hook & Loop Tape Best For?

The 20mm width is our most popular choice for everyday domestic and light commercial fastening. Its slim profile makes it ideal for jobs where wider tapes would look bulky or wouldn’t fit the available surface.

• Mounting remote controls — attach strips to the side of a TV, coffee table, or wall to keep remotes within reach and prevent them going missing.
• Hanging lightweight items — fix small picture frames, clocks, or decorative items to walls without nails, screws, or wall plugs. Ideal for renters who can’t drill into walls.

Built for Repeated Use

These tapes are a high-quality fasten-and-leave product. There is only minimal decline in grip strength over time, even after many fastening and unfastening cycles. For most applications, you’ll only need to apply the tape once and won’t need to think about replacing it.

Application Instructions

1. Clean the surface thoroughly — remove all dust, grease, and moisture. For best results, wipe with isopropyl alcohol and allow to dry completely.
2. Peel the release paper away from the adhesive backing.
3. Press firmly along the full length of the tape, applying even pressure across the entire width.
4. Wait 24 hours before putting the bond under load — the adhesive reaches maximum strength after a full day of curing.

Please note: This tape is not recommended for fabrics, dashboards, flexible vinyl, or underwater use. Continued exposure to full sunlight may reduce the lifespan of the adhesive.
