PSA4000C is a 25 metre continuous roll of 25mm self adhesive hook and loop tape, supplied in individual rolls of hook or loop in both black and white. Our stock adhesive is rubber-based, but acrylic adhesive can be made available on request, as can other colours.

This self adhesive hook and loop tape uses a peel-and-stick backing that makes application quick and straightforward. Remove the release paper from the adhesive side, position the tape, and press firmly into place. No sewing, no drilling, and no specialist tools required. The pressure sensitive adhesive grips on contact and builds to full bond strength within 24 hours.

Application Instructions

1. Clean the surface thoroughly — remove all dust, grease, oil, and moisture. For the strongest bond, wipe the surface with isopropyl alcohol and allow it to dry fully before applying tape.
2. Peel the release paper away from the adhesive backing.
3. Position the tape on the surface and press down firmly along the full length, applying even pressure across the entire 25mm width.
4. Wait 24 hours before putting the bond under load — the adhesive reaches maximum holding strength after a full day of curing.

Please note: This tape is not recommended for fabrics, dashboards, flexible vinyl, or underwater use. Prolonged direct sunlight may reduce the effectiveness of the adhesive over time.
