PSA6101C is a 25mm x 1mm x 25mm thick premium grade Acrylic Adhesive foam pad constructed from cross-linked polythene foam, coated on both sides with a high tack / high shear acrylic based adhesive, with temperature resistance. The acrylic adhesive will also offer resistance to plasticiser migration should you be working with soft PVC. All pads are backed with an 80gsm siliconised paper liner which is easily removed upon application.
These foam pads consist of: a 1mm white 33 & 67kg/m3, cross linked, closed cell, polyethylene foam coated on both sides with an acrylic adhesive system.
This is then supported using a white 80gsm glassine release liner.
The adhesive properties of this thick double sided foam pads offers very high peel and shear properties, and is ideal for use with decorations, be it in a school, or in your home.
Application use
This double sided foam pads are ideal for applications where high sheer and high performance are required, such as: arts & craft (creating 3d effects), packaging, assembly (product placement), Point Of Sale (POS), sign mounting, nameplates and decals, mirror mounting, mounting hooks and clips.
As well as being ideal for applications that require a: high sheer, this foam pad is perfectly suited for the: automotive industry, especially in regards to mounting number plates to cars.
Release liner
The release liner to this foam pads is made from: Silicone paper white of 80gr/sqm.
Resistant information
This foam pads is resistant to: water, detergents and alcohol, while having a low resistance to plasticizers and outdoor environments.
Please note:Â these pads are not recommended for use in contact with aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons.
Temperature Resistance
These foam pads are resistant in environments of: -10C to +80C.

Shelf Life
These pads have a shelf life of 12 months when stored at 10C to 25C and 50% relative humidity.
