PSA1090A is a 25mm x 50yds extra strong Crossweave Reinforced Glass Filament Strapping & Packing Tape, which is an extremely strong sticky webbing fibre glass polypropylene strapping tape. This tape carries warp weft strands of reinforced glass fibre laminated to a clear Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) film and coated with a synthetic rubber resin adhesive (Hot Melt), to give it added strength and durability.
Due to this strapping tape having an extremely high tensile strength – and a very aggressive hotmelt adhesive – it is ideal for sealing heavy duty cardboard boxes and containers such as those used in export packaging. Due to its strength, it is also ideal for strapping together very heavy objects whilst in transit.
This strapping tape has been designed to be tear and burst resistant. Consequently, it is perfect for reinforcing boxes and securing heavy goods, while adhering well to most surfaces including: boxes, fibreboard, metals and plastics.
