Premium adhesives
These premium grade Acrylic Adhesive double-sided foam pads are constructed from cross-linked polyethene foam, coated on both sides with a high tack / high shear acrylic adhesive. All pads are backed with an 80gsm siliconised paper liner which is easily removed upon application.
These foam pads consist of a 2mm white 33 & 67kg/m3, cross-linked, closed cell, polyethene foam coated on both sides with an acrylic adhesive system.
Dense, high-quality foam
Each pad is made from dense, high-quality foam that offers flexibility and firmness. This flexibility and firmness make these pads suitable for both smooth and irregular surfaces, even those with slight textures. The foam allows for conformability that traditional adhesives cannot match.
Easy to use
These double-sided adhesive pads are also easy to use. Just peel off the protective liner to expose the adhesive, place it on your surface, and apply your second object. There’s no mess, no dripping glue, and no waiting for it to dry.
Temperature resistant
Resistant to temperature fluctuations and weather conditions, these foam pads maintain their adhesion indoors or outdoors. This resistance makes them perfect for many applications, such as mounting signs, attaching car accessories, or hanging decorations.
80gsm glassine release liner
These adhesive pads are supported using a white 80gsm glassine release liner.
Very high peel and shear properties
The adhesive properties of this thick double-sided foam pad offer very high peel and shear properties and are ideal for use with decorations, be it in a school or your home.
Application use
These double-sided foam pads are ideal for applications where high sheer and high performance are required, such as arts & crafts (creating 3d effects), packaging, assembly (product placement), Point Of Sale (POS), sign mounting, nameplates and decals, mirror mounting, mounting hooks and clips.
As well as being ideal for applications that require a: high sheer, this foam pad is perfectly suited for the: automotive industry, especially in mounting number plates to cars.

Release liner
The release liner to this foam pad is made from Silicone paper white of 80gr/sqm.
Resistant information
This foam pad is resistant to water, detergents and alcohol while having a low resistance to plasticisers and outdoor environments.
Please note: These pads are not recommended for use in contact with aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons.
Temperature Resistance
These foam pads are resistant in environments of: -10°C to +80°C.
